Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced


  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, minced


  • 3/4 cup olive oil


  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar


  • 1/2 cup coconut secret coconut aminos


  • 3 tablespoons raw honey or agave


  • 1/3 cup filtered water

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and Shake to combine or use a whisk. Store at room temperature and shake before using. This dressing goes nicely on a salad of finely sliced napa cabbage, topped with graded carrots, Daikon radish, bell peppers, red onions
